Are the telescopes collimated before they are shipped?
Yes, we perform a quality check on all optical instruments. However, since Newtonian reflectors can shift during transit, we provide guides on how to fine-tune your collimation upon arrival.
What is your return policy for optical equipment?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that high-precision optical components must be returned with all protective seals intact to qualify for a full refund.
