At Ktec Telescopes Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your astronomical equipment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and include all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely package the telescope or accessory in its original double-walled shipping box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.
Ship the Item
Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked and insured courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
